woulb be a shortcut for:

configatron.name  :value =&gt; &quot;whatever&quot;

and if you wanted to protect it:

		<description>You definitely need DB storage for this.  This would allow administratively-editable settings in your application that persist across deployments.  Some settings shouldn&#039;t be changed, for sure, but some should be editable by the user within the application.</description>
